The 630's are closed port cylinders while 90% of the 61's are open ports. 630's are a major plus for making more power 4.3 hp stock.
Search Evilbay outdoor power equipment and find spools of 3 1/2, 4 and 4 1/2 mm starter coord. Those will cover 99% of saws. Use the largest possible that will fit the pulley groove. What you don't want is too small that pinches against itself.. Wickedgoth leaks
As much as it will rub folks the wrong way here at ArboristSite, I'd probably go with an MS290 if I was in your shoes.
