Ironically in early versions of Sentinel you could set the "Keypad Lock" option to On for the SDS100 and the keypad would be actually be locked after writing to the scanner so *part* of the keyboard ...The SDS100 is silent. When I stop the SDS100 on the exact same frequency that the TRX-1 is decoding, programmed as a DMR freq., it doesn't even make a hit on the signal bar. In your post, you stated that you were having a hard time finding the American SDS100 firmware changelog page.Solder the red wires together and to pin 5, Black wires together and to pin 1, Green wires together and to pin 2. I soldered wires to the three pins on the USB plug first and then soldered the 3 different sets of wires to the leads. Solder the bare wires together. The white wires are not used.The SDS's most likely do too. A small separate rechargeable coin like battery that was just to keep the clock going. Normally, they should last a least a few weeks to a few months if the main battery is dead. If the main battery is dead I've had mine work fine 6mo+ later.
